Is it too early to begin considering the 2020 Kentucky Derby?

It is never too early to begin considering the Kentucky Derby.

Notably after a bunch of 26,567 turned out in Keeneland on Saturday to enjoy the best weather, and perhaps win a little cash whilst viewing a trio of Grade 1 races leading up to next month’s Breeders’ Cup at Santa Anita.Kentucky derby online.

And among those featured three was that the monitor’s top Fall Meet race to get 2-year-old colts, the 106th running of their Claiborne Breeders’ Futurity, where a kid named Maxfield created a maximum belief.

It had been the first Grade 1 win for Walsh, who’d functioned on-and-off for Godolphin and won the Grade two UAE Derby this season using all the ridgling Plus Que Parfait, who moved on to operate in the Kentucky Derby.  Currently, Walsh will possess among the favorites for the Breeders’ Cup Juvenile on Nov. 1.

“Obviously, we will see how he comes from the,” Walsh explained subsequently.  “But if you do not bring him, who would you attract?”

Maxfield will be among many top Juvenile candidates in California, obviously.

A sentimental favorite emerged Saturday if the blast-from-the-past group of 81-year-old trainer Barclay Tagg and possession bunch Sackatoga Stable, relations for 2003 Kentucky derby online winner Funny Cide, watched their 2-year-old Tiz the Law run off using a 4-length win at the $500,000 Grade 1 Champagne Stakes on Saturday at Belmont Park in New York.

A boy of Empire Maker, who beat Funny Cide at the 2003 Belmont, Eight Rings struck his maiden with an eye-opening 6 1/4-span win and 94 Beyer Speed Rating in Del Mar on Aug. 4.  Next time out, he jumped to unseat his rider at the Del Mar Futurity. 

Then hiccup, however, he returned to form with a 6-length triumph at the American Pharaoh Stakes on Sept. 27.  A 525,000 purchase at the Keeneland September Yearling Sale at 2017, Eight Rings Seems to be Baffert’s best shot at a fifth Breeders’ Cup Juvenile win.

After failing to finish in his first race June 23 in Churchill Downs, Dennis’ Moment roared into some 19 1/4-length victory at Ellis Park on July 27. Kentucky derby online. The son of Tiznow came back to Sept. 14 to acquire the Iroquois in Churchill Downs by 1 3/4 lengths. 

Purchased for $400,000 from Albaugh Family Racing from the Fasig Tipton New York Saratoga Select Yearling Sale, Dennis’ Moment is led to California with hopes of committing Romans his first BC Juvenile win also, who knows, possibly his first Kentucky Derby win.

Lots could happen between now and then, naturally.  

Maxfield made a place in the next month’s Breeders’ Cup Juvenile in Santa Anita by winning Saturday’s Claiborne Breeders’ Futurity by 5 1/2 lengths at Keeneland.

And Saturday, the son of Constitution held the lead at the stretch when — boom — there moved Maxfield flying .
